If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refunds policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be in a new condition and be unopened
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Along with your return, please include a small note with your name, address, order number, email address and a brief explanation of your reason for the return. For exchange – please state which item you wish to exchange for.
Once we have received the item we will then check the item, if it meets our policies we will then issue your refund or initiate your exchange.
- Your refund will be processed the day we receive it
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping fees
- We advise returning your item via a tracked service
