The Scratch Doctor’s Alloy Repair Kit is the professional and easy way to repair scuffs, scrapes and kerb damage on alloy wheel rims.
This handy kit contains all you need to repair silver alloy wheels. Inside, it features a primer, silver alloy paint and a lacquer finish.
We match all of our black silver to the manufacturer’s specific colour code, so you can achieve a perfect match. Also in the kit, you’ll find simple step by step instructions to help you restore light to moderate scratches and damage. In fact, the kit comes at a fraction of the cost of most repair outlets.
Using our guide, you’ll sail through all the steps to clean, sand, prime and paint your alloy wheels with ease.Â

Clean and Prepare
Wash wheels of all dirt and brake dust deposits then use the sandpaper provided to remove burrs and scuffs. Clean the sanded and surrounding area thoroughly and allow to dry.
Application
Apply Alloy Filler/Primer in thin layers to build up damaged area making sure not to build too high. Allow sufficient drying times between applications. Sand down the filler/primer to create a smooth finish.
Finish
Apply the Alloy Silver in thin layers and allow to dry between each layer. Apply Alloy Lacquer Finish over painted area for the finishing touch and to add protection.
